Hope Recovery Center

On June 22, 2023, Jackson Lady Picklers, presented a donation to the Men of Hope.

Hope Recovery Center is a faith-based, non-denominational, in-house rehabilitation treatment program. Since each resident’s needs vary, it is absolutely critical to get to the root what causes addiction within each resident at an individual level and start the recovery journey there.

The 6-week summer pickleball league began in May and attracted a record number of players this year. Mary Hicks coordinates the league and said "Pickleball is the fastest growing recreation sport in America and Jackson is no exception as evidenced by the league turnout and use of these courts. We really appreciate the strong support from fellow picklers and are glad we can use this league to give back to the community.".

Marcie Hendrick, Executive Director of Hope Recovery Center said "We are humbled by this show of support for the Men of Hope by so many in our community. Except for a nominal administrative fee,the men and women pay nothing. 75% of the program costs are funded by generous donations. This donation will go directly toward the recovery program as these men work to break the chains of addiction and return to their families and be a meaningful contributor to our community."
